Girl's Weekend Rocks!

This upcoming weekend, I will be going on my 2ND Annual Girl's Weekend with Deb, Amy, and Friends. I'm so excited! I had an amazing time last year! Last year, Abby & Phoebe (my pups) went with us. This year Abby and Phoebe will be with Uncle Robert (Deb's Husband). Robert is Abby's boyfriend! Abby absolutely loves Robert! While Robert dog sits for me, the Ladies and I are headed to Granbury, TX. I have been to Granbury once before about 6 years ago. Granbury is a great little town.

Have you been to Granbury? If so, can you give me names of restaurants, stores to shop in, and stuff to do in Granbury?!

My Dad lives in Granbury!! Are ya'll going to see THE PROMISE http://www.thepromiseglenrose.com/ while in that area? That is a definite must! It's not in Granbury, but Glen Rose which is very close. Fossil Rim Park (my previous post w/ the animals) is also in Glen Rose.

They also have the Opera House right downtown. And Mary Hart Tea Room downtown on the square is very good for lunch. You can take a Ferry Boat Ride on the lake, but that is something I have never done. Granbury also has a drive-in movie theater, which is still the most fun for us kids when we all visit.

And plenty of shopping on the square!! Ya'll are going to have SO much fun!

Went there one time as a kid and if I remember correctly we saw an Opry at the Granbury opera house. Also ate good french onion soup at a cute little restaurant on the square. The name elude's me though. Ya'll have a blast girlie.

Tam-Sorry I haven't been answering the phone too many people calling (people love me) and I am feeling redundant in my explanations. Check blog for further health updates, for right now I too tired to even talk to my husband on the phone. You understand I know. Keep praying though, can't live without those. Thanks for understanding...it's crazytown around these parts again.
